We are thrilled to announce that the Bamfield Marine Sciences Centre (BMSC) in Canada has been confirmed as the host for the World Congress of Marine Stations in 2026! The meeting will take place in late Summer or early Autumn 2026 and the exact dates will be shared soon.

The Bamfield Marine Sciences Centre was established in 1972 by the Western Canadian Universities Marine Sciences Society (WCUMSS). Located on the breathtaking west coast of Canada, BMSC provides a permanent base for marine and coastal field research, education, and outreach. The station supports interdisciplinary collaboration and offers unique access to rich marine ecosystems.
